We will have a new Metallica song this Thursday. It feels like this was never gonna happen, but we have actually heard a song and soon we will hear another song and more than likely have a video not to long after. As soon as it plays on BBC it will be copied and distributed across the world. So I’m sure they will play it on US radio stations within a short time, like a couple hours at the most. And the whole thing will start again with the new album sale, press, touring, and them kicking fans asses as they tour the world probably twice like they usually do. I’m pissed at the lack of a Florida date. No matter the ups and downs, I can’t stop paying attention to every little thing they do. I ordered the mega huge Death Magnetic Box Set and can’t wait to download it at midnight.

They havent announced any dates for the southeast yet. I am willing to bet they are comming down our way also

Yeah, no Florida sucks. There’s also no Minneapolis date for me. Looks like I’m stuck traveling to IA or WI if I want to see ‘em.

i notice that everyone says this site sucks and its bullshit whenever it has information thats provided a little bit behind the game, but when this site offers some good stuff, noone says anything. fuck everybody. i mean everybody. fuck em. ive been readin this site since around april and i dig it.

I just listened to the new song – twice. I was very skeptical after hearing a live version on YouTube some time ago; and after being disapointed with St. Anger. However, I gotta say, this song freakin ROCKS! Their sound on this new song is fantastic – it is like all of the other albums combined… And it has sooo many different musical riffs in it. I LOVE IT! If the rest of the album is like this, we are in for a big treat. Metallica Rulez again!

I heard the song aswell. It’s totally mind-blowing, filled with goosebump-moments and heavy parts. I LIKE IT!!! A LOT!!

Seriously sweet song. I love it. Been following the band since Puppets. I’ve liked all the albums and recognize the fact that you can’t stand still musically. But, that said, its great to hear them return to a roots sound. And its great to hear the riffs rolling like waves in a storm – on after another! Lookin’ forward to Sept. 12th!
