New Metallica Album.com

As part of missionmetallica.com, Metallica are providing free full live show bootleg recordings of some of their early perfomances. Nice to hear some of the early days. These are available DRM-free to any level membership (including the free one) so make sure to check the full list. They seem to be released on a near weekly basis going back to a performance from 1983. They are pretty raw recordings with varying quality, but the band’s youth and fire really come through in the sound. Do you think the new album will still have that? I think it just might.
